Why should I hire you?
I believe I’d be a good fit for this position, at the energy as well as the work ethic necessary. I’ve been told by my supervisors as well as the people who I work with that I’m a type A personality and my work model is do things right the first time even if it takes extra effort of time.
At Smith Company which is on my resume I worked 48 hour work weeks in a row because the client bumped up their deadlines by 2 months.

I also like what I read on the website about customer services being focus for your company. And it’s very aligned to what I believe which is respect and honesty. And I will let the company know or a client know that I cannot help them if we can’t and it has actually left some success in the past where the companies come back to me 5 years later and when they did need our services and they closed a big deal with us.
And it was like the company second largest deal in history of the company. So I was pretty proud of that, also I believe I have the organizational aptitude that will be very attractive to your company.
Out of college I worked for this company that was 15 years old and they were about to declare bankruptcy.
And through various systems, implementations and procedures we avoided bankruptcy.
By the second year we were profitable, so I believe the company is ranked third in the nation first market share for what they do. So I am happy about that too.
Overall, with those qualities as well as my degree in management, I believe that would make me a very solid candidate for this position.

O que é melhor aulas particulares ou em grupo?
As aulas particulares são mais efetivas devido a existir uma maior interação entre professor e aluno. Alem do mais o conteúdo pode ser adequado as necessidades do mesmo. Quando as pessoas fazem aulas em grupo, tendem a assimilar a ma pronuncia dos colegas e seus erros ao falar.
Imagine você falante nativo do português, que possui um certo nível educacional ao falar; passar uma temporada morando na favela com pessoas menos instruídas.
Apos um certo tempo você terá inconscientemente adquirido alguns dos vícios de linguagem local e o inverso também poderia ocorrer se estas pessoas passassem uma temporada conversando somente com pessoas cultas. Este é um processo natural de aprendizado linguístico chamado de exposição

Outra questão seria que você na verdade não tem 1 hora e sim 5 minutos de prática de conversação se considerarmos que as outras 11 pessoas de sua turma também falarão durante a aula
